In his professional business life in 2002, he developed software on Sysbase systems for public and private institutions. Then, he worked as a software manager-coordinator in private banks and fuel distribution companies, respectively.

He has worked in different universities in Germany and Russia, especially in Cambridge, and gave lectures as an academician for a period. He still gives seminars on career and software at universities.

 He has bachelor's and master's degrees in computer engineering and still continues his doctorate education in Istanbul Technical University, Department of Management Engineering. He has two children.
